FORT CAMPBELL, KY (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The 101st Airborne Division’s 1st Mobile Brigade “Bastogne” will be deploying to the U.S.-Mexico border, the Department of the Army announced Tuesday.
Bastogne will replace the 2nd Brigade, 1st Armored Division, in a one-for-one replacement, according to a press release.
Headquarters, 1st Armored Division, will deploy from Fort Bliss, Texas, to the Southern Border to replace the 101st Airborne Division Headquarters, which has been returning to Fort Campbell in recent weeks…
