SALINA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office tells NewsChannel 9 that a man has been taken into custody after barricading himself inside a home for most of the morning.
A call went out to deputies on the morning of June 5 regarding a domestic dispute on Bailey Road, in the Town of Salina. When they arrived at the scene, that is when they found the man with the knife, who then waved it at police before running back inside the home.
The sheriff’s office tried to use a taser to get him out. Their first round was unsuccessful, but the second allowed crews to get inside…
