DES MOINES, Iowa – Round one of the Principal Charity Classic is complete, with large crowds turning out Friday to watch some of golf’s biggest names while also supporting charities benefiting Iowa youth.
Since 2007, the tournament has raised more than $73 million for Iowa children’s charities, and organizers hope to continue that momentum this year.
