RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The man accused of killing his 14-year-old daughter and her 18-year-old brother will be evaluated by a forensic examiner to determine his mental status at the time of the alleged offenses.
Levy Nelson appeared in a Richmond courtroom on Monday, June 29 for a hearing related to his charges in the deaths of his daughter, Sadie Terry, and her brother, Zion Terry, along with the shooting of their mother, Tiffany Terry.
