ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) – Eight people were evacuated from their home due to an overnight fire on Rockford’s Division Street on Saturday.
Rockford Fire said crews responded to the house fire in the 500 block of Division prior to 2 a.m. and found heavy smoke coming from the 2nd floor of the home.
All occupants were able to get out safely, and the fire department brought the fire under control within 30 minutes, officials said…
