A new home for the kitchen that claims to make the “best pasta in the city” may be on the horizon. Da Trap Kitchen has filed permits for a “grab and go” restaurant on E Holmes Road, suggesting the area favorite may be able to serve even more customers soon.
Memphis diners may already be familiar with Da Trap Kitchen thanks to its 5735 Raleigh Lagrange location. The concept currently has a certificate of occupancy under review with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development for 1709 E Holmes Road.
