A Castle Hayne Road property owner is seeking a rezoning request that would allow PipeView Technologies, a sewer inspection and repair company, to establish an office and other facilities on the tract.
Stella Terra LLC, the owner of 4621 and 4625 Castle Hayne Road, is seeking a rezoning for the 2.56-acre tract from rural agricultural (RA) to a conditional zoning/regional business (CZD-B-2) designation, according to a community meeting notice letter.
