A luxury apartment complex that opened a couple years ago has been sold to a Georgia company for $64.8 million.
The Waters at Settlers Trace, a 348-unit development at 536 Settlers Trace Blvd., was sold to an LLC registered to Centennial Holding Co. of Atlanta, land records show. Stoa Group of Hammond, which built it after acquiring the land in 2022, was the seller.
Centennial has properties in the southeastern U.S. but none in Louisiana. The company typically invests in high-end multi-family properties with at least 200 units in growing markets, according to its website…
