IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – A new shared-use commercial kitchen at the Johnson County Poor Farm is now accepting applications from farmers, food truck operators, cooking class instructors and others looking to expand their food businesses.
Community members were invited to tour the space at an open house Saturday afternoon. The kitchen was funded through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) dollars.
