ALBANY — Albany County wants to take its qualms with automated speeding tickets in the capital city to court.
Among various requests included in a new notice of petition filed in state Supreme Court, the county wants more than $7,000 in open citations issued by the city of Albany annulled, claiming that the process for issuing the tickets was unfair and inconsistent.
