CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — A railroad crossing malfunction caused traffic delays Monday night near Quaker Oats in Cedar Rapids.
The crossing at First Street Northwest had flashing lights and lowered crossbars for at least an hour, despite no train passing through the area.
