CLIFTON PARK, NY — A man was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge following a property damage crash Saturday night on state Route 146.
Joseph E. Bloecker, 59, of Silverhill, Alabama, was arrested after the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle crash at 8:45 p.m. in the town of Clifton Park.
