SCHENECTADY, NY — The Schenectady Police Department seized 31 vehicles and issued 47 traffic tickets during a joint enforcement operation Wednesday evening targeting illegal e-bikes, dirt bikes and motorcycles.
The operation, conducted on the evening of Aug. 5, involved multiple law enforcement agencies including the New York State Police Aviation Unit, New York State Police Troop G, the Schenectady County Sheriff’s Office and the Schenectady Police Department’s Traffic Unit and K9 Unit.
