ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Downtown Albany’s all-ages music festival is set to return to North Pearl Street on September 12. The lineup for the 17th annual PearlPalooza was announced on Tuesday.
From noon to 7 p.m., local artists will take the stage for live music performances. This year’s lineup brings a diverse mix of talent listed below.
PearlPalooza lineup
- 12:30 p.m. — Albany Rock Pit: Young rock ‘n’ rollers
- 1:30 p.m. — Bruiser and Bicycle: Indie rock
- 2:30 p.m. — The Parlor: Neo-psychedelic, grunge-gaze duo
- 3:45 p.m. — Robber Robber: Indie rock, post-punk
- 5:30 p.m. — King Tuff: Garage rock, power pop
More than 30 vendors will also accompany the event, offering food, drinks and more. Patrons are also encouraged to visit the many small businesses just steps away from the festival.
Those looking to get warmed up for the day of live music can participate in YogaPalooza, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary. The Capital Region’s only one-day street-wide mass yoga event is led by a team of instructors from The Hot Yoga Spot.
