MENANDS, N.Y. (WNYT)- Menands residents say more than a year of road work has brought noise, detours and water disruptions to their neighborhood.
Residents said streets have been torn up for more than a year, sometimes blocking access and forcing drivers to take detours to get home. The work has also left some roads rough and residents said that has added wear and tear to their cars.
