A big traffic change for commuters in Prince George’s County began Sunday. If your morning commute includes MD-4 (Pennsylvania Avenue) at Suitland Parkway in Upper Marlboro, you might want to plan to leave a little earlier.
The new traffic pattern is a part of a $238 million project to build a diamond-shaped interchange there.
