Plans for the Pine Ridge Residential Tract to connect Carolina Bays Parkway to Highway 17 Bypass are moving forward after Horry County Council unanimously approved the development agreement at a Tuesday meeting.
The construction will connect to Scipio Lane and Big Block Road, with additional connections intended to alleviate traffic and boost connectivity in the area.
