ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A 31-year-old Rockford man faces multiple felony charges after multiple residents reported an unknown person entering their homes at night.
Darryl Brooks has been charged in two related cases filed this week.
According to court records, one case stems from allegations that Brooks repeatedly targeted a Rockford family on Alliance Avenue between July and August. A woman reported several encounters involving an unidentified man inside her home.
