ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Recent rains have prompted two rescues and one body recovery in 10 days in the same Southeast Albuquerque arroyo.
Heavy rain and flash flood warnings have repeatedly turned metro arroyos dangerous, including in the same arroyo, known as “The Box” Thursday night.
