ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Asheville police and several local and state agencies took the rare step of going to civil court to shut down criminal activity at a South Asheville home after investigators said problems at the property spiraled out of control over the past year.
The Asheville Police Department worked with Asheville Fire Department, the city’s Development Services Department and North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement to pursue a nuisance abatement case at 710 Brookshire Street.
