ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — A man was arrested early Wednesday morning after a traffic stop, according to the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office said deputies conducted a traffic stop near South Sixth Street and 15th Avenue around 1:56 a.m. after observing a vehicle traveling without headlights on.
