A Mississippi marijuana deal allegedly turned into an execution-style ambush, with police testifying this week that a woman, her boyfriend and two others vowed that “no one would be left alive” before killing a mother, her 2-year-old son and the mom’s sister.
“All of them would be killed,” Jackson police detective Terrence Jackson testified Tuesday during a preliminary hearing for Mikala Young, 26, who is accused of being a getaway driver for her boyfriend, Cornelius Carter, 28, and two other suspects, Jordan Carter, 28, and Devon Modacure, 32.
“It was … spoken inside the vehicle, which was confessed by Ms. Young, that the individuals that were at that house … They all would be taken care of,” Jackson testified, according to the Clarion-Ledger. “No one would be left alive.”…
