DENVER (KDVR) — A suspect was arrested in Boulder County on Tuesday evening after officials say he rammed two vehicles, assaulted a driver, chased and threatened to kill a teenager and tried to flee from police.

The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office announced that 66-year-old Daniel Townsend faces numerous charges, stemming from the incidents that were first reported on Monday afternoon.
The first incident reportedly occurred around 4:21 p.m. on Monday in the 5000 block of North Foothills Highway when Townsend was driving south and struck another vehicle, before ramming it at least four times and forcing the driver off the road. Townsend allegedly fled.
According to the release, Townsend went northbound on the road and followed another vehicle into a driveway in the 10000 block of North Foothills Highway, ramming that vehicle. Both Townsend and the other driver exited the vehicles before Townsend allegedly punched them…
