ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A judge forced Albuquerque Public Schools to release a long-hidden report that details alleged harassment tied to former Superintendent Winston Brooks and his wife.
It took 12 years for KOB 4 and the Albuquerque Journal to get answers about why Brooks resigned in 2014. APS spent more than half a million dollars fighting a legal battle to keep the report private.
