BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Good morning and happy Sunday!
It’s a mostly dry start to the day with temperatures in the lower 70s. Patchy fog has developed in areas that received rainfall yesterday. Visibility could be half a mile or less. The good news is that visibility remains isolated. Any fog that has developed should dissipate by 9 a.m.
If you have any outdoor plans today, you probably won’t need to worry about stormy weather. We will likely see partly cloudy to mostly sunny sky. It will be a hot afternoon with highs climbing into the low-to-mid-90s. Winds will remain light from the northwest at five to 10 mph.
A stray shower or storm can’t be ruled out in west Alabama, but the majority of us will likely remain dry. If you plan to be outside, make sure you apply sunscreen and grab a hat/sunglasses.
It will be a hot afternoon for the Barons game this afternoon with temperatures in the 90s. If you have any evening plans, we will likely remain dry with temperatures cooling into the mid-80s by 7 p.m…
