DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman was killed following a crash in East Hanover Township on September 6, officials confirmed.
State police said Melissa Risser, 39, of Lebanon, was traveling west on Mountain Road around 2 p.m. when she reportedly veered into the oncoming traffic lane and crash head-on into another vehicle.
