Soulja Boy is coming to Ford Field. The rapper behind the multi-platinum Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit “Crank That (Soulja Boy)” will headline Hob Nobble Gobble, Detroit’s annual black-tie fundraising party, on the Detroit Lions’ home turf on November 20, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
The booking was reported by The Detroit News, which detailed that the party will include a colorful carnival midway, a gourmet buffet, and a musical performance from Soulja Boy himself. Tickets start at $450 per guest, and organizers expect around 2,000 attendees for what’s billed as a family-friendly affair despite its black-tie dress code. Beyond “Crank That,” Soulja Boy also recorded “Turn My Swag On” and “Pretty Boy Swag,” tracks that helped define a distinct mid-2000s and early-2010s hip-hop sound.
Hob Nobble Gobble supports The Parade Company, the nonprofit that produces America’s Thanksgiving Parade down Woodward Avenue. Booking a performer for the gala isn’t new: Uncle Kracker, the Mount Clemens native, headlined the 2025 edition at Ford Field. Hob Nobble Gobble is an annual event.
