ROYAL OAK — The Royal Oak Police Department has promoted three officials to higher positions in the department.
In a social media post, the department announced that Karly Junga had been promoted to deputy chief, Jimmy Elrod to lieutenant and Dave Ratliff to sergeant, respectively.
