KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – Police in Kansas City, Kansas, have identified the victim of a Monday morning shooting.
KCKPD said 36-year-old Stephen David Bagley Jr. was the victim of a deadly shooting at N. 18th Street and Longwood Avenue.
