For longtime grilling enthusiast Rich Adamo, a Big Ridge Outdoor Kitchen turned his Florida backyard into a year-round gathering place.
Long before moving to Florida, he was grilling, barbecuing and smoking food on Long Island, even when reaching the grill meant clearing a path through the snow.
“My friends used to laugh because I’d shovel a path to my grills,” Rich says.
