DORRANCE TWP., LUZERNE CO. (WOLF) — A Millersburg woman is accused of pointing a handgun at another vehicle while driving erratically on Interstate 81 in Luzerne County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers said the incident happened around 11:30 a.m. Aug. 30 on southbound I-81 near mile marker 160, just north of the Nuangola exit.
