Monroe Township, Pa. — A 28-year-old Selinsgrove woman was charged for allegedly selling 3.5 ounces of methamphetamine to a confidential informant.
Snyder County Detective Douglas Bickhart says Cheyenne Jade Gavason sold the narcotics on Feb. 20 out of her home in Monroe Township. Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s East Drug Task Force had a confidential informant set up the alleged sale with Gavson.
The informant contacted Gavason via text messaging and verbally. Around 3:30 p.m., the informant went over to Gavason’s home with $80 in hand while officers set up surveillance nearby, according to the affidavit.
