GUILDERLAND — Traffic congestion is beginning to east on Western Avenue after police reopened a lane that was closed to traffic by a crash earlier Tuesday morning.
Drivers were urged to avoid Western Avenue near Carman Road after a crash closed one of the eastbound lanes.
