One person died when a motorcycle and a car collided in Auburn on Monday afternoon on southbound Highway 167, near the interchange with Highway 18.
The motorcycle rider, 24, and the driver of a black Porsche 911 were traveling side-by-side at high speeds around 12:45 p.m. when the Porsche driver, 28, changed into the same lane as the motorcycle, according to the Washington State Patrol. They collided, throwing the rider off his Kawasaki bike and killing him.
No injuries were reported for the Porsche driver, of Seattle, who was arrested for investigation of vehicular homicide. He was booked into the King County Jail…
