LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — After a successful start, the city of Lexington and community partners are bringing back “Lexington’s Big Give.”
The event is a citywide food drive to help families in need during the holiday season and beyond. Lexington donated 105,815 pounds of food, enough for 88,179 meals, plus $6,000 in donations to God’s Pantry Food Bank.
God’s Pantry Food Bank provides food for nearly 315,000 people in 50 counties in central and eastern Kentucky, including Fayette County.
