MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A man was arrested after a deadly shooting at a Walker Homes convenience store, court records show.
Charles Edwin Payne was identified as the gunman, according to the police affidavit.
The shooting happened Tuesday morning in the parking lot of 315 W Michell Road just before 11:15 a.m.
