MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The General Sessions Court Clerk’s Office announced the launch of a new electronic citation system.
The Tennessee Integrated Traffic Analysis Network (TITAN) allows the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) to securely send citation data directly to the General Sessions Court Clerk’s Office management system.
The system replaces a fully manual data-entry process. Shelby County was the only county in the state manually entering this information until now, officials said…
