DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – Family and friends gathered for a vigil at the Decatur City Cemetery Saturday to honor John Scott Junior, who died last April, days after being arrested.
Video from the arrest shows him being hit and dragged by Decatur police officers. He fell into a coma and days later died.
