LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A man is under arrest, accused of stabbing a teenager near Waterfront Park shortly after Thunder Over Louisville. A family says the teen was hurt because he was trying to help them.
Bristol Staisel, 12, came to Thunder Saturday to see the fireworks for the first time. She was selling snacks at the event to save up for theater camp.
