SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Thermos has recalled 8 million food jars and bottles due to issues with the stopper in the lid.
The recall includes the Stainless King 3000 and 3020 food jars and the Sportsman 3010 food and beverage bottles. They were sold between 2008 and 2024 at major retailers including Target, Walmart, and Amazon.
Thermos says the faulty stoppers do not have a pressure-relief center, so when food or drinks sit inside for a long time, the stopper can shoot out when opened…
