PHENIX CITY, Ala. (WRBL) — A mother is seeking the public’s assistance in fulfilling the dream of her late son who served as a police officer at the Phenix City Police Department.
In September of 2025, Officer Luke Bailey passed away from Rhabdomyosarcoma. Bailey’s legacy, however, continues to live on through an aspiration his mom is working to achieve on his behalf.
