Two Portland men charged with selling meth near affordable housing complexes

PORTLAND, Ore. — Two men are facing federal charges, accused of meth distribution near affordable housing complexes in Portland.

Portland Police East Precinct officers got a tip that someone was dealing drugs in Southeast Portland near the Lents neighborhood, and court documents show that on April 25 they stopped William Fleming-Davis, who matched the description of the alleged dealer.

Fleming-Davis, 39, was found with meth, about $600 cash, several knives, brass knuckles, a gun, and drug paraphernalia…
