PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A commercial truck caught fire at a facility in Vancouver, Wash., late Thursday night, causing black smoke and prompting concerns that the flames could spread to the rest of the facility.
Fire crews responded to the facility at 1200 W. 8th Street just before 9 p.m. and found that the fire had already triggered the carport’s sprinkler system, which helped keep the flames in check while crews arrived.
