NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Power was restored after three mornings in a row of outages on the west side of the North Little Rock Electrical Department service area.
According to the North Little Rock Electrical Department, on Tuesday, there was a small weather-related outage that affected a couple of thousand homes; but Wednesday morning, 8,500 customers experienced power outages when a substation went out, and crews later discovered a raccoon had gotten into the substation.
