A proposed mixed-use development anchored by a Trader Joe’s is now even closer to becoming a reality in Frisco.
After more than two years of revisions, neighborhood meetings and planning discussions, the Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a zoning change for the nearly 10-acre project at the southwest corner of Main Street and Majestic Gardens Drive during its July 28 meeting.
The proposal now heads to Frisco City Council for final consideration.
