Future Clemson RB Sends Recruiting Pitch to OL Visitors

Running backs love their offensive linemen and a future Clemson Tiger is trying to make sure his front is secured for his college career.

Dabo Swinney and his staff hosted their biggest targets in the 2025 recruiting class for their Elite Junior Day, and that included four-star running back and commit Gideon Davidson. He was on campus with an impressive group of offensive linemen that he made very clear he wants wearing the Paw.

Davidson shared photos from the visit on X, formerly Twitter. During that message, he made it very clear that he wants to secure commitments on the offensive line.

The message was sent to five-star David Sanders Jr. alongside four-stars Mal Waldrep and Mason Short. This weekend was a crucial one, even if it doesn’t result in immediate commits, and the Tigers have their eyes set on securing that front.

Davidson went on to share a message to Brayden Jacobs and Jaylan Beckley in the replies, and he’s already helped secure commitments from both.
