Pa. forecast: After a sunny Monday, the week will be rainy and cool

People across central Pennsylvania can expect a warm, dry Monday before rain returns Tuesday and Wednesday. That’ll be followed by a prolonged stretch of below-normal temperatures and chances of showers daily through the weekend, according to the National Weather Service in State College.

Patchy fog will burn off and the sun will come out by midmorning Monday. In the Harrisburg area, the high temperature is supposed to be around 70.
