HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – A new community is coming to Waller that will offer nearly 1,000 new homes in a growing region for homebuilding on Houston’s far northwest side.
Trez Capital announced an equity investment in Wildrye North, a 429-acre community being developed along the Highway 290 corridor. The project is a joint venture with Land Strategies Management (Starwood Land).
