KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A routine morning in Kansas City took a grim turn. Someone in the West Bottoms made a startling discovery under a bridge.
Kansas City police were called to the area near 4th Street and Beardsley Road shortly after 9 a.m. The caller reported seeing what appeared to be human remains resting on the rocks under the bridge.
