VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — A 27-year-old Lakeland man is accused of stalking a 16-year-old girl he met on Snapchat.
According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, Joseph William Danger Woodard drove to the victim’s home near DeLand on July 30 and 31. The teen told investigators she refused to let him in both times.
